Who we are

Tek Solutions LLC is an IT managed service provider for small and mid-size businesses. IT solutions overseen and managed by a managed services provider (MSP) include networks and servers, software and technology infrastructures, data backup systems, and overall network security and risk management. Our clients turn to us as an IT outsource because we are experts in IT management and business software solutions.

Over the last several years technology has evolved to a point that practically all successful businesses are dependent on technology to stay profitable. As a small business owner, I noticed a lack of dedicated technical staff for small and some mid-size businesses. It is no longer prudent to rely on the resident “office computer expert” to oversee the IT needs for your business. The “office computer expert” is the employee that the office turns to when they have a technical question or needs a computer connected
and was usually hired for a different role.

With more than 20 years of IT infrastructure technical experience our team is fully qualified to address all technology needs from a simple computer repair to complex server configurations. The value of an experienced IT professional is to proactively fine tune your existing technology, protect and safeguard your data against cybercriminals, and prepare for any new technology in your industry. I use “down to earth” and authentic conversation style to relay highly technical information to my clients in understandable language as we develop your company’s technology roadmap.

Around 3 years ago a small group of people gathered and agreed on this one simple statement. Does your business have a website? That’s great! What’s that investment doing for your company?

My goal is to provide a beautiful, functional, and relevant website to my clients. Trust me, I understand there are plenty of developers that can build a website for your business. However, my goal is to go a step or two further, maybe even three, by recognizing pain points in your business and develop a solution that improves business operations and functions. Thus saving time, money, and stress.
